About the event

This year’s topic is "Together In His Footsteps": we want to deepen our relationships while spending time together worshiping, talking, laughing and eating together, and grow closer to HIM as we dive into God’s word in teaching sessions and small group discussions. Chlidren’s group K4G and crèche provided.

Enjoy our international meals, explore the beautiful area on a walk guided by Malte, or learn new skills in one of our workshops. Entertain us at the fun night, or compete in a game of table tennis or table football. There is a large playground for kids, and a BBQ area for our Saturday evening program. Make sure to ensure your place by signing up today!

Please click RSVP and fill in the details of the people attending and pay the respective amount via direct transfer or Twint. While paying for the weekend away, please type 'ACWA' in the reference for us to distinguish between donations and weekend away tickets.

Transportation:

By car: Enter “Süderen, Haus Honegg” into your GPS. The drive from Bern city center takes

about 45 minutes. The guest house has only 10 parking spaces. If we exceed that number, the

caretaker will speak with a nearby farmer to arrange parking in his meadow. We may need to

pay for this. Please let me know if you are planning to drive so that we can prepare

accordingly. This also applies to day visitors.

By public transport: Take the train from Bern main station to Thun (19 minutes). From there,

take bus number 42 towards "Heimenschwand Post." The bus ride is 35 minutes (30 stops).

Get off at "Oberlangenegg, Innerer Kreuzweg." From there, it's a 15-minute (850m) walk to

the house.

David Hammond and Jonathan Juzi will be available to shuttle luggage and people who cannot

walk, using two large cars. Please inform us of your arrival time at Oberlangenegg (group size

and number of people needing transport) so we can coordinate pickups. If possible, aim for

the 15:34 (arrival 16:40), 16:07 (arrival 17:18), or 16:34 train (arrival 17:40) to arrive on time.
